The crema of the crop
For a traditional coffee experience with a touch of modernity. The latest Bialetti Brikka is an espresso maker like they used to be, only better. This is due to the patented crema valve, which only opens at a certain pressure and creates a crema like only a machine can. Fill the bottom chamber with water and the filter with ground coffee. Screw the two parts together, place it on the stove and wait until it boils. Done!
- For up to 4 cups (120 ml)

- Not suitable for induction hobs (please use the Bialetti Venus for this)
