Reading time: 4 minutes
Ready to give your morning coffee an exciting makeover? Imagine your favorite espresso meeting the sweet, spicy notes of a freshly baked carrot cake. Sounds irresistible, right? Welcome to the world of Carrot Cake Latte – a heavenly combination that will definitely sweeten your day!

Ingredients:

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100ml milk
  • 100ml carrot juice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100ml whipped cream
  • Freshly brewed espresso
    (Our recommendation: Mild & Aromatic)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: Combine 100g cream cheese with 50g sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. Add liquids: Gradually stir in 100ml milk and 100ml carrot juice into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  3. Season: Add 1 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. These spices give your latte that distinctive carrot cake flavor.
  4. Whip cream: Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the mixture. This will create the creamy consistency that makes your Carrot Cake Latte so special.
  5. Create foam: Mix everything well until a creamy foam forms. This will later crown your espresso.
  6. Prepare your Carrot Cake Latte: Pour the mixture generously over your freshly brewed espresso. For the ultimate taste experience, we recommend our Mild & Aromatic espresso.
  7. Enjoy and relax: Treat yourself to this special Carrot Cake Latte and let yourself be enchanted by the sweet, creamy delight. One sip and you'll start your day with a smile – guaranteed!
